Plans and modes

Your plan, at the level of your context

No two companies have the same reality to tell. That's why Dixtra isn't sized by your headcount, but by how much of your business you want it to understand. Start with what you need today and expand when your organization asks for it.

Modes

Three plans. Unlimited seats on all of them.

If the value lives in the context, it doesn't matter how many people consult it. That's why no plan counts seats: what changes from one to the next is how much of your company you deploy inside Dixtra, from a first use case to a full business unit.

Not sure where to start?

It's the usual question. We help you choose the first step: a fourteen-day trial with your own data, a use case validated with a Customer Success Manager, or a scoped pilot in your own cloud.

Glossary

Dixtra Business Unit (DBU)

A slice of Dixtra infrastructure that brings together table datasets, document datasets and user groups under a strict permission hierarchy. It is not an org-chart department: several areas can share one DBU and the same person can access several. It is the atomic unit of sale and governance.

Cloud mode

Where Dixtra is deployed. Public: Dixtra Secure Environment, our public cloud with private access. Private: the client's own private cloud environment (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, etc.).

SSO (Single Sign On)

Single sign-on: you access Dixtra with the same credentials you already use at your company, without creating or remembering another password.

API

A connection that lets other systems or applications talk to Dixtra automatically, to query or exchange data without manual intervention.

Dataset

An organized set of data: it can be a collection of tables (structured data) or of documents, which Dixtra uses as a source to reason and answer.

SAML

A technical standard that makes SSO between your company and Dixtra possible: it lets your identity system securely confirm who you are without sharing your password.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

You use your own access keys to the language models (LLMs), so AI usage runs through your account and under your control, not ours.
