Exponentia holds its first General Shareholders’ Meeting and presents the Dixtra roadmap

The Valencia-based critical software company brings its shareholders together for the first time to share its shift from a project company to a product company.

VALENCIA, April 16, 2026. Exponentia, a company founded in Valencia in 2018 and specialized in critical software for large enterprises, held its first General Shareholders’ Meeting at the Taula Llarga in Valencia.

During the session, the management team reviewed the company’s growth since its founding (with projects for corporations in energy, telecommunications, security and luxury, among others) and presented the roadmap for Dixtra, the in-house product at the heart of Exponentia’s growth strategy.

Dixtra is a Business Context Engine: a platform that connects a company’s data and documents with the knowledge of its experts, so that artificial intelligence and agents answer with the real context of the business and a verifiable source behind every answer.

Juan García Sánchez, CEO and co-founder of Exponentia, shared with shareholders his vision of acting with “the utmost ambition and the utmost humility”. In that spirit, he announced the company’s intention to address the US market from the very start of the Dixtra project, rather than as a later phase.

A management committee for the product stage

The meeting also introduced the new management committee that, together with co-founders Juan García Sánchez (CEO) and Sergio Velasco (CTO), will lead this stage. It is made up of professionals with broad experience in technology, business and large enterprises:

  • Miguel Castellví, Head of Investor Relations
  • Fran Martos, Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO)
  • Germán López, CFO
  • José Miguel Gil Méndez, CSO
  • Pep Ferrero, CMO

With this team, Exponentia strengthens its commitment to Dixtra and puts in place the structure it needs to bring the product to large corporations in Europe and the United States.
